This policy explains how the wrpiano.com website processes personal data and uses cookies and similar technologies, in accordance with the GDPR and the Polish Electronic Communications Law.

2. Scope and purposes of processing

The website is informational and does not require an account. We process data for the following purposes:

  • Analytics (Google Analytics 4): measuring traffic and how the site is used in order to improve it. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Marketing (Google Ads): measuring advertising effectiveness and conversions, and remarketing. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Handling enquiries you send us via the contact form, email or phone (e.g. name, email, phone number and message), in order to respond and to take steps at your request prior to a possible contract. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

3. Cookies and similar technologies

Necessary cookies are always active and required for the website to function. Analytics and marketing cookies are only stored on your device after you give consent.

We use Google Consent Mode v2 in advanced mode. This means Google tags load with all consent signals denied by default. Before you make a choice, Google may receive cookieless signals (without setting cookies or identifiers on your device) which include your IP address and are used solely for aggregated, modelled measurement. 4. Recipients and transfers outside the EEA

Analytics- and advertising-related data is shared with Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, the providers of Google Analytics and Google Ads.

This may involve transferring data to the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and transfers are additionally based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Cookie data is stored for the periods indicated in the table above, or until you withdraw consent or delete the cookies. Your consent choice is stored locally in your browser for up to 12 months, after which we will ask you again.

Data from enquiries you submit (via the contact form, email or phone) is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and is then deleted, unless we are required to keep it longer (e.g. for accounting purposes or to establish or defend legal claims).

You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” button in the footer or the button above. After consent is withdrawn, we delete known Google cookies from this domain.
